Well, I know I've been horrible at this, but I'm finally going to give it a crack - here are some recent photos of our family. Katie learned how to ride a bike a couple of weeks ago, she is so proud of herself!!! Of course, as a reward we ALL got new bikes. Yes, as usual we are single-handedly trying to prop up the consumer economy.
I'm going to run the Denver 1/2 Marathon on Sunday morning - look for posts of this afterwards

Good job Katie and Good luck Shell on the 1/2 marathon. That is impressive to me - as I sit on a couch, drinking (not diet) cherry coke and watching football.
